Hello and thanks for dropping by.

Please take the time to look around and if you have any questions or would like further information, just complete the enquiry form in the CONTACT ME page.

I am a mobile personal trainer meaning I will come to you.

I train clients in the Sydney Metropolitan area.

I specialise in bodyweight exercises as I believe these types of exercises offer the best overall general workout.

Some benefits are:

  • By using your own weight you learn how to use your own body effectively. This helps you to become stronger and more comfortable doing everyday jobs such as bending, lifting, etc.
  • Most exercises will use more than one muscle group. This means you get a faster and more efficient workout.
  • You can move from one exercise to the next without delay. This increases the intensity of the workout without increasing the time.
  • Most exercises are functional. You perform them using movements that you would normally use on a daily basis.
  • They are cheap, effective and easy to do.
  • They can be done anywhere and anytime in a short space of time if needed - No need to miss any training sessions because you are away from the gym or running short of time.
  • The exercises help promote good posture and balance - Ingredients that become crucial as we all grow older.
  • These exercises are fun and can be made more challenging or easier by making small changes.
  • Training can be done in your own home or a local park etc.

I can also offer:

  • Boxing for fitness
  • Circuit training
  • Personalised routines for your level of fitness or weight loss
  • Basic strongman training
  • Small group training
  • Sport specific training
  • non typical cardio training

When training clients I emphasis the correct technique and position for:

  • Posture,
  • Body tension
  • Movement, and
  • Breathing.

This will encourage each client to have body awareness. It also helps to reduce fatigue and injuries.
