My hours of business are as follows:
 

Monday to Thursday

6:00 am to 8:00 pm

Friday

6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Saturday  and Sunday

8:00 am to 6:00 pm

 

 
 
Options
 
As a mobile personal trainier, I will happily train clients within the Sydney metropolitan area.
 
As I do not train in a gym we can be creative with our training and our location.
 
 Here are a few ideas:
  • During your lunch break at work
  • In the privacy of your home
  • At a local park
  • With your local group such as a mother’s group or sporting team
  • With some family or friends
  • By playing racquet sports such as tennis or squash
  • By going indoor climbing
  • By playing with a frisbee
  • By throwing a ball around
  • By taking a bushwalk
  • Any other methods you may choose

Please note that all clients are required to complete a questionnaire and a have blood pressure reading taken prior to exercising with me.
 
This questionnaire will ask about previous exercise history as well as medical conditions and the reasons for your current decision and the blood pressure reading will allow me to design the exercises suited to you.
 
This will be completed at our first meeting which will be free of charge.
